Lewisburg Middle School Lewisburg Middle School is one of nine schools in the Marshall County School System. We serve approximately 500 students in grades seven and eight. The professional staff includes 20 classroom teachers, 8 support personnel, as well as the administrative and guidance personnel.   Lifting My Standards The mission of Lewisburg Middle School is to provide a safe and caring environment so that every student can learn to think critically through mastery of an appropriate body of knowledge in order to have healthy, happy students behaving ethically and responsibly.
